How to find some of the Crematoriums and Cemeteries in Essex

Hopefully, this page will help you in planning your journey to the Crematorium or Cemetery. Althorne, Essex - Crouch Valley Meadow, Green Burial Site. The meadow is situated at the top of Staion Road on left hand side as you go down to Althorne Railway Station - It's in a beautiful location.

Brentwood, Essex - Woodman Road Cemetery.

Brentwood, Essex - London Road Cemetery - Situated just before you get to Brentwood High Street from M25 J28 before the BT offices.

Basildon/Pitsea Crematorium & Cemetery.

Bocking Cemetery, Near Braintree, Essex - just below Bocking Churchstreet.

Braintree Cemetery, Essex - Situated about 400/500 mts on Braintree town side of the A120 junction with B1053 to Gt Leighs & Chelmsford...On left hand side just before Marshalls Road which is on right.

Chadwell St.Mary Cemetery, Near Tilbury, Essex. Situated just north of the church near the crossroads.

Chelmsford Crematorium & Cemetery - Situated in Writtle Road near to the bridge over the railway line.

Chipping Ongar Cemetery situated nothern end of High Street almost opposite Old Railway Station.

Colchester Crematorium & Cemetery - Mersea Road (the B1025), Colchester CO2 8RU.

Great Burstead Cemetery...Near the Church in Church Street

Harlow/Parndon Wood Crematorium & Cemetery shown just below KINGSMOOR on the map.

Herongate Wood. Green Woodland Burial Ground, Billericay Road, Herongate, Near Brentwood (off A128 at Herongate towards Little Burstead) - On the map it is situated just to right of Dunton Lodge but before Botney Hill Farm.

Rainham Cemetery,Essex. The Jewish Cemetery is on opposite side of road (South side)and approx half a mile away, situated just as you go back into the countryside.

Rippleside Cemetery Barking, Near Dagenham, Essex - Shown as Rippleside Burial Ground on map .

South Essex Crematorium. Also known as Corbets Tey Crematorium or Upminster Crematorium - South of Upminster - Upminster Cemetery is next to the Crematorium.

South Woodham Ferrers. Garden of Remembrance for the interment of Cremated Remains - Garden is on the south side of B1012.

Southend Crematorium. Situated North side of Eastern Ave, Southend, at Sutton Road just a few yards on from Stock Road - Sutton Road Cemetery is opposite the Crematorium.

West Mersea Cemetery also Green Woodland Burial Ground adjoining the Cemetery.

Witham Cemetery - Essex

Wrabness, Essex - Green Woodland Burial Ground - Head for where it is marked "Remembrance Wood" and "P" (The "P" closest to Remembrance Wood) on the map (Wheatsheaf Lane goes into Church Road.)
